Meet Us

Wellbeing has always been central to my life and career. Through my work in HR leadership roles and leading global wellbeing strategies, I’ve seen how focusing on wellbeing can transform people, their personal lives and workplaces.
With a lifelong love of holistic living, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge through professional training across various areas of corporate wellbeing and holistic practice, including Ayurveda and, more recently, Reiki.
At Place Eight Wellness, I am privileged to be able to bring together this blend of corporate experience and holistic practice to create space for people to reconnect, restore, and thrive.

As a senior leader in education and mother, I understand the weight of busy, demanding days and how easily they can lead to stress and burnout.
Yoga became my turning point, a reminder to slow down, create space, and reconnect with the present moment.
This journey inspired me to qualify as a Hatha, Yin & Teenage Yoga Teacher, deepening my ability to support others in mind, body and emotional wellbeing.
Today, at Place Eight Wellness, I’m proud to be part of a sanctuary dedicated to healing, connection, and balance offering therapies that help you restore, re-energise and truly take care of yourself.
Place Eight Wellness
At Place Eight Wellness, we bring together health and wellbeing practitioners. We offer approaches that span complementary, alternative and mainstream health and wellbeing therapies.
We recognise that wellness is shaped by both the individual and their surroundings. At Place Eight Wellness our countryside centre has been thoughtfully and purposely designed with large, bright spacious rooms, a welcoming studio and flexible spaces for treatments, workshops and retreats.
Located in a picturesque rural area with convenient access, it offers clients and practitioners the chance to enjoy and benefit from the serene natural environment.
