Nicole | Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
Nicole has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga for over five years and is delighted to bring her experience and passion to Place Eight Wellness. With a warm and grounded approach, she creates a welcoming environment where students of all levels can explore movement, breath, and mindful presence.
Drawing from her background as a professional dancer, Nicole understands the importance of balance, strength, and ease within the body. Yoga has played a vital role in supporting her physical and mental wellbeing throughout her performing career, and this is reflected in her teaching style. Her classes combine fluid, creative sequences with an emphasis on alignment, awareness, and the mind–body connection.
Nicole’s sessions feature uplifting music, well-considered sequencing, and optional soothing adjustments during savasana. Each class is thoughtfully designed to leave students feeling both energised and restored.
