Meet Michelle

I am a qualified and registered Chiropractor, and have been practicing for over 10 years. I use a range of therapies/techniques to get the best outcome in patients such as soft tissue work, cranial work and sacro-occipital adjustments, however my preference is using McTimoney Chiropractic techniques. McTimoney is a low force technique, which is brilliant for all ages, and all sizes. Adjustments are based on speed, not force, and therefore considered a much more gentle technique. I focus on the body as a whole, so that every treatment is assessing and adjusting from cranials, and all the way down to your toes. It is not just about backs!

As a new patient, a thorough examination is done. We run through your medical history (starting from birth!), followed by a physical examination assessing range of movement, muscle function, orthopaedic and neurological testing.

Chiropractic is about decreasing pain and improving function.

New patients will usually require between 4 and 6 sessions. This may range from 1 session in a week, to 2-4 weeks apart depending on what/why you have come for treatment.

Getting your body to function better is the key. Not just for now, but for the future.
