This dedicated menopause support programme includes three consultations with a menopause-trained Nutritional Therapist specialising in midlife health.
The 90-minute initial consultation offers a detailed exploration of your perimenopause or menopause symptoms and your personal goals, which may be weight management, symptom relief, improved energy, or supporting bone and muscle health. You will receive a comprehensive plan, recipes, resources, and ongoing coaching. Two 45-minute follow-up consultations guide and support to integrate these changes into your daily life.
